With reference to the installation of our new soak away and septic tank pump installation. We would like to let you know how pleased we are with all the work carried out. Darren explained exactly what needed to be done and kept us up to date as to progress throughout the week. It is refreshing to have someone like Darren come along and be honest, not pontificate about the job in hand, have the work completed as promised and to budget. Thank you very much for a job very well done. We can now have baths and showers without worrying about anything backing up. We shall certainly use your services for the annual pump out and maintenance check from now on. We would not hesitate to recommend Bates to anyone who needs Septic tank/soak away issues dealt with.

A belated thankyou and to everyone we came in contact with during the fitment of our septic tank back in oct this year. We were horrified when we discovered that the new house we had bought, had a totally in-adequate drainage system. It was great to find a company with old fashioned values willing to undertake the work on trust, we can now sleep peacefully, knowing its all working properly. please pass on our commendation to everyone involved.

I ordered online for my septic tank to be emptied recently. I must say how convenient it was to be able to do this when I remembered late one evening, rather than to have to wait until your office opened.

Just a quick note to say that last Thursday we bought a 'Secoh' air pump
from you and the lady I spoke to was very professional and helpful. On
Friday morning we received it, so just wanted to say thanks for a great
service as unfortunately it is rare now for companies to actually be
efficient.
